I have not been here for about 6 months when I came in town. Went back there today and first off I said hello made eye contact but the man never said anything. Instead he coughed into hand and continued doing what he was doing...nasty. Also, it smelled putrid in there. Never again!!!

I was highly disappointed. I ordered the chicken and waffles. One they just put chicken wings on the waffles. The chicken didn’t have any seasoning on the wing. My waffle was burnt and was very hard. The only reason I didn’t return it because I was going into work. It a waste of $19. Plus I should have known better because the ceiling had water marks all over the ceiling. The place need a good cleaning. I thought the place was about to close down.

The ribs, green beans, cabbage, and candid yams taste great. Some of the food is seasoned good. the cornbread is good when it is cooked the same day. The only thing I don't like is the mold in the ceiling on the vents. and around the lower panel in the front side of the count. You can see it time you come in the door. Look like they had a water leak in the ceiling. The customer service is excellent. The prices are great the amount of food you get is awesome. They are black owned and I try to give them time to get things cleaned up. During lunch time they need at least 2 people on the line. When you only have 30 min. for lunch. Parking: The parking is great.

Food is ok the owner is a nasty hearted lady with a big mouth and even worse personal vendetta against women customers...You never smell any food being cooked it just appears from the back wrapped in cling wrap. I wish I could give -5 stars but not possible!!!! Shut this place down! And spend your money we're it's appreciated
