I had the best rock star cook I've ever had at any waffle house. Name was James he was incredible to watch. Very fast efficient and quiet. No shenanagans. This is by far the worst waffle house I've ever encountered. I have been working in this area for 6 years and I've never seen a group/or staff who didn't have a clue as to what it means to have good customer service. They may as well move this waffle house to the slumest part of atlanta. They are always closed and for some reason the feel it nessasary to clean the grill ALL NIGHT. WHO CLEANS THE GRILL FOR A WHOLE SHIFT. My opinion to the owner, set up some hidden cameras so you can see for yourself how your midnight crew is running your establishment into a bottomless pit. You grill master and especially your waitress with the purple hair and glasses) take more cigarette breaks than a Vietnam vet. Lastly, for anyone who would like to experience great customer service and awesome food without the cigarette crumbs and locked doors everyday, try Kenny's breakfast on Anvil Block. I guarantee you'll never go to this waffle house again...I know I won't.
