Contribuisci feedbackThe sauce on the chicken dish could have been more flavorful. The restaurant did not have potatoes, so I had to substitute fries, but potatoes are a basic ingredient. It was disappointing that they do not accept American Express. I had to wait a long time to pay the bill. Finally, I went to the bar to pay, but had to wait even longer because there was only one card machine. It seemed like two other tables had the same issue. The restaurant was only half full, which was surprising for a Sunday dinner at Cheshire Oaks. Zak was the only employee who provided good service.
The service at this restaurant was excellent. We were seated promptly and given plenty of time to decide on our order. Our waitress, Heather, was polite, energetic, and very knowledgeable. She truly enhanced our dining experience. We look forward to visiting again soon.
The restaurant serves typical food found in any other retail park, but it is overpriced and poorly cooked. The employees, who seem to be underpaid farmers, don't take responsibility for the bad reputation of the business. It's suggested that higher management should be evaluated by an independent person.
First they said that they might not have been available enough afternoon tee, I had booked for afternoon tee for me and a friend. to the luck they have,with a few items missing from the menu, but replaced where given. eating was really nice and the service was great would highly recommend.
My Wife had a steak and it was chewy and a bit bland even with a sauce. I had the mussels which were great The service was good
