Wok Go - Ellesmere Port

Friendly and helpful staff but food wasn’t good. Hot box was certainly not hot or spicy. I’ve had many hot boxes from other Wok&Go restaurants and this one was very below average. I think retraining would be helpful. Although I give them points for friendliness

Went on my way home from work, food was nice and the staff was really accommodating. Next time i will try to order from the app as Kyle recommeneded.

Customer service from here is absolutely disgusting, waited forever for food and when it finally arrived was missing 1 item which meant someone went without. Phoned the restaurant and they they where fully aware that out item was missing but took it upon themselves to replace with the cheapest item on the menu a portion of chips, they made no attempt to contact me to let me know and didn't even leave a note on the receipt. They wouldnt refund us and wouldn't even acknowledge the complaint. I am absolutely disgusted that this is how they run their business

Arrived 45 minutes late and extremely cold Never again 1st and last time using wok go. So disappointed

Now under new management! Food was piping hot in collection! The staff are friendly and useful if you’re needing recommendations. Glad to see the store doing so well as it’s one of my favourite cuisines!
