Hot Pot Hero - Ellicott City

That was my second time to visit hot pot hero and I was not impressed at all. I have made a reservation for 12 people and a baby around 17 o'clock for christmas. When I arrived, the we asked if we remembered the private party room, even though it was only 10 people. that meant that some would have to share a hot pot. I agreed because I thought the room was at least big enough to accommodate us, but I was wrong. the room was so tight, and I am not even sure if ten people would fit comfortably, let alone twelve! we have made the room due and placed our order. that were the real problems. we were told that we put our job on a sheet we did. However, more than 3 of our articles have been forgotten. we have never been given instructions how we use our hot pots or turn on, so many of our machines would turn off while we try to heat up. When we pressed the button, we had to wait for 5 minutes. once I had to call the waiter to the room because he went past us. halfway through our meal I took my 15 months old son out of his high chair to eat and hold something. a waitress went in and asked if they could have the high chair because there were many children who needed high chairs. I was withdrawn because we were clear in the middle of our meal and it was strange that she would ask, but I agreed. when we finally finished our meal, we asked after the check and the waiter left it on the table, without clear instructions or information about dividing up the bill with big parties. when he returned, we gave him cash and asked the rest to be made available between the cards. he came back quickly after he loaded my card with a larger amount than expected. he then told us that they could only charge up to 4 cards and we had provided 5. that was really a disappointing experience and we will not return.

Healthy and fabulous, the only thing missing is the fleet license.

Beautiful to see a hot pot in baltimore. the overall experience was great, and the staff was friendly. the mushroom broth was one of the best I tasted at hot pots. the spicy was really sharp, so be ready. the bark tongue was a nice option to see. the prices were fair, so a great experience overall. make sure they go with a group as it is an interactive experience.

If you're in search of something unique, this restaurant is worth a visit. Expect to find some unconventional menu items, such as trachea. It's reminiscent of fondue, but instead of oil, they use broth. While the meatballs and lobster balls weren't great, the other dishes were fresh and enjoyable.
