I ordered the subway app. my account was calculated. I went there to get it, the hired said they had no recording of the order of the cashier tried to tell me that it takes a few days until a transaction passes. that was probably a few days ago, ummm. nooo! I ordered it 20 minutes ago. it says today's date. After 15 minutes, they'll finally deny me my food. I will never use the subway app again. I'm sorry for the people who have to work with this tussi. seriously paid for an order subway did not want to make me. I never had to fight for food I paid for before.
The manager lady with the glasses, was very rude in my opinion, commenting rude things about my food that i was ordering, while the other girl laughed. Very unprofessional
I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!
