My go-to place for quality dim sum. Food and service is always top tier. Orders are taken and food comes out very quickly. All flavors of their shumai are delicious as well as their flat noodle. They also have the best cold cucumber with the right amount of spice and flavorful house special fried rice with plenty of shrimp and pork.
We were the only table there and the food came out quickly. But the flavors were very bland. It used to be better when they first opened. Flies were flying around my table too but no staff bothered to care.
I really don’t mind pay higher price for good food. The Dim Sim is 6.95 or higher at this place. A big disappointment. Most of the Dim Sims are not even hot. They left them out on the table without anything to keeps them warm! What a joke. A common dish like beef chow fun was terrible, it was super soggy. It was my daughter’s favorite dish and a big thumb down from her.And the plates …omg… see for yourself. If your standard is low then go for it.Ps, we were there about a month ago, anything changes in between…I have no idea.
I’ve been pretty biased with Philly having such a great food scene. But lately I’ve been opening myself up to south jersey more, they are starting to build it up out there. Checked out this dim sum place, it was very good, very much comparable to Chinatown dim sum. Best part about this place was just across the bridge and you don’t have to deal with the craziness with parking and traffic in Philly Chinatown.
