Einstein Bros. Bagels - Ellisville

TLDR: you need a bagel, you got food.Einstein 's as a chain. Fantastic! This location on this weekend... Not so. Ordered online, told 15-20. Showed up at 10 min for 2 sandwiches and a drink. Drink was frozen and broken (on me for ordering that togo) but had a hair in the whip cream (again I just blame carry out). Why a 3/5, the bagel wasn 't toasted, the sandwich might as well have come from the golden archs. Definitely not the all nighter I 've had at other better Einstein 's. May try again later and update.

Bagels are always fresh and tasted great. A bit pricey though.

There I something about they way they are organized. Cashier/bagel bar, sandwich maker and two others. Very slow and little urgency despite long line and apparent online process. Need more hustle. Cashier person nice and bagels were good. Little seating.

The iced caramel macchiato style coffee I ordered was delicious. No extra caramel needed. Their coffee is high quality and doesn't taste burnt like some places. I had a cinnamon bagel that was not toasted. It was soft and so yummy. It almost tasted like a cinnamon syrup in it and real cinnamon. No cream cheese needed. The staff was fast and friendly even though it was very busy. The wait time was short. If I had a small issue it would be the lack of indoor seating and the cleanliness of the restroom. Otherwise it was fantastic.

I've been to this location 5 or 6 times now. The people that work here are simply the nicest. Every time I come in they're also having conversations with the regulars and know them by name. You can tell they actually care about their customers.
