Giraffe Walton-on-thames - Elmbridge

We loved the food and the presentation was top-notch. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again, hopefully very soon.

Great starter, main course a liitle bland,chicken but service large

We frequently dine at Carluccio's and always enjoy the warm hospitality and delicious food. However, the restaurant appears a bit dated and could benefit from a renovation.

We've been coming here for a number of years and were glad to see it was still open as some branches have closed. We enjoyed our meal although the potatoes could have been a bit hotter they were in a cold bowl. The chicken Milanese was too big for me to finish! I was pleased to see that the restaurant was busy.

Our table was covered with food on the chairs and under the table. It seemed like other tables were also not properly cleaned. It's a shame because the food was actually good. It almost looked like animals had been in the restaurant with so many tables having food on the floor. It would be helpful if the waiters mentioned this to the parents of unruly children and charged them for the mess. However, the staff was great. I am a fan of Mr. Carluccio's concept.
