Imperial Bridge - Elmbridge

We recently spent £68 on a Deliveroo order for two people. The food was disappointing, dry, and overpriced. The duck dish was missing salad and plum sauce, and both the duck and ribs were dry, possibly reheated leftovers. The crispy fried fish was indescribable, and not in a good way. The chicken chow mein was tasteless. When I called to express my disappointment, the staff member rudely mentioned that as a new customer, I may not be accustomed to their food. The manager was supposed to call me back, but never did. It seems like other reviews have had similar experiences.

I had a terrible dining experience at this restaurant. The crispy duck was dry and inedible, it seemed like it had been reheated multiple times. The presentation and taste were both disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Simply terrible, over expensive, inedible food. the lamb was burned and so dry, pork only filled with fat and grisle, and the ice fried rice was just boiled rice. 28 pfunds! avoid them until they are sorted themselves.

By deliveroo ordered was great before, but not noticed that the reviews were postponed. Eating hasn't appeared, it's called. no answer, called 20 times no answer. cooked my own dinner and 3 hours later they dipped with a cold bag eating avoid them.

Order take away via just eat, was told our order would be an hour and a half due to it being New Year’s Eve and was extremely busy, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited, two hours went past, I called...them and was told to give them another half hour, called them again and was told our food was cooking, call them again was told our food was still cooking, called them again was told food was on way, I think we called them a around 9 times and spoke too them 9 times and got 9 different excuses, in the end our food was delivered to someone else because we never received our food which cost us £42 and our kids cried for 3 hours waiting for food that didn’t turn up, so was a horrible end to a horrible year!!! Fuming is an understatement...... and now we have to go through the battle of trying to get a refund. Please avoid ordering food from this place
