The Archway Cafe - Elmbridge

Despite my concerns, the cafe refused to provide a discount or refund, offering to only replace one item. The customer service representative was dismissive and rude, stating that she didn't have time to deal with my complaint. Ultimately, my dining experience was ruined by both the poor quality of the food and the unhelpful attitude of the staff. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Came here for breakfast and loved it. There’s a big choice of food and all very reasonably priced. Service was efficient and there was plenty of seating. Food was very tasty. A very relaxed atmosphere suitable for all. For a no frills breakfast this place is excellent. I will be going back.

They do a very nice breakfast here, plus when I have had lunch it seemed like a challenge because of the amount on the plate.
