This place needs to be close horrible service people waiting that they give up and exchange for donuts and leave . People come one and just leave pick up order nowhere near ready this place is honestly useless . July 18 2023 they have water leak falling on donuts do not touch at all health hazard.

The coffee was disappointing, and the milk wasn't up to par either. Unfortunately, I also experienced stomach pain after having it.

The staff makes me feel down. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, and the employees are quite slow. Even when I'm the only one in line, I end up waiting around 5 minutes.

Needed myself some iced coffee so I came to this Dunkin since it was on my way. Ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and extra mocha. I had an offer on the Dunkin app so it was only $2!! I watched the girl make my coffee and when she went to pour the mocha, nothing came out. I don't think she noticed cause she still gave it to me but when I said something and she looked at it she realized. Lol! She added the mocha and all was great after that. Their mocha is so good!! Wish I could drink one of their iced coffees every day!!The only other thing is that because she had to fix the coffee, it became a bit messy on the top. It kept dripping a bit from the top but it was fine. Put some napkins around it and I was good to go. A few mishaps but I'd go back to this location. My coffee was delicious and the people were very nice. No complaints.
