January 14 2024 ..was charged on my card through the mobile app for a drink they couldn 't make because thier machine was down. I was immediately given attitude for this when I told them my order and when I asked for a refund I was given a not my problem attitude . They told me they have nothing to do with app orders so I had to look up the customer service number myself and wait on hold for 10 minutes to get a refund. I 'll never be at this dunkin again. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

C Tried to order via the Dunkin mobile app and the only choice was drive thru pick up. I always go in and pick up my orders at Dunkin. So I went inside and placed my order, and noticed a huge section of the counter with shelves that clearly are marked Mobile Orders. That specific section is made for inside pick up. Of course it was empty.More than 10 cars on the drive thru line and at least 4 employees that I saw. Big disappointment not being able to use the app and just save time.

Americano is more expensive than any other dunkin and I was literally served a filter coffee.
