Contribuisci feedbackHorrifically slow. Mobile orders aren’t accurate and take forever were told an order would be ready at a specific time and wasn’t ready for 40 minutes after. They are chronically out of utensils, bread, food items, etc. Staff can’t keep up with drive thru, mobile orders and walk in customers. Not sure if the franchise owner cares but it seems like the place is being run into the ground by incompetent management they are leaving the staff without appropriate resources and the quality has regular decreased over the years.
Ordered though the drive thru, paid, and waited 30 minutes at the window. Went in and asked what was up, turned out they forgot about me at the window and the food was ready 20 minutes ago. Told them I didn't want the food and asked for a refund. No manager in store, so they couldn't do refunds spent 25 dollars to waste 45 minutes of my life and no food or refund. F Food: 1
Not one person in the store. Two girls making orders couldn’t even acknowledge me yet laughing and talking amongst themselves. I stood there for 10 mins no one even said hi to me. To the point I just walked out. About to spend 50$ on subway and you can’t even say hi, I’ll be right with you? Horrible customer service. Service: Dine in Service: 1
I get a very plain sub with four things on it and they managed to mess that up. The drive thru is beyond SLOW. No urgency here Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Not a single thing in our order was correct .. waited a half hour for burnt gross food. Very disappointing and won’t be returning I highly recommend pita pit as alternative for this area Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
