The manager was unpleasant and delivered my food from outside the restaurant. I waited 25 minutes for my meal, which is long enough that I would have preferred dining at a proper restaurant. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

Additionally, the service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and could have been more attentive, leading to a frustrating ordering process. I give the service a 1 out of 5 as well. Lastly, the atmosphere, though not directly experienced during takeout, was still reflected in the overall service vibe. It felt uninviting and chaotic, which contributed to my dissatisfaction. Again, I’d rate this aspect as a 1 out of 5. Overall, I would not recommend this place for takeout lunch. There are definitely better options out there.

I found a long black curly hair fried in one of my wings. I have straight brownish hair. It’s unfortunate because they are for the most part pretty clean and they are nice people and accidents happen but I still get nauseous just thinking of how I pulled that long hair out of what I was chewing. I’m taking a long break from fast food. Just check your chicken before blindly eating. Parking: It’s in a little outdoor strip mall so there’s plenty of free public parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: They have two ways to get to the establishment, one has stairs the other is wheelchair accessible.
