Our office ordered takeout lunch from The Kitchen today, and everyone loved the food! It was clearly freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients and generous portions. We did encounter a minor issue with our order, but Ashley went out of her way to resolve it and made sure we were taken care of. I'm certain we will be ordering from them again. The staff was cheerful and friendly. In a time when traditional customer service seems hard to find, The Kitchen and Ashley proved that it still thrives! It's been a week since we ordered takeout—two Rachel sandwiches—and I can't stop thinking about how awful they were! They were the worst sandwiches I've ever seen. They were messy, filled with chunks of dark, overcooked turkey meat, and cost $10.95. Absolutely disgusting!

Came in for the first time today. I ordered a cuban sandwich with a side of macaroni and cheese. All of the food was very fresh. For someone with frequent spouts of heartburn this was very easy on the stomach. I walked in and everyone smiled as I was greeted at the door. The place was quiet and easy to stand inside and wait for my food. Then the carrot cake caught my eye. Not only did it look delicious, but the taste was even better. I'll be stopping in again soon.

Phenomenal sandwiches that we grabbed on the way to the airport. Grab and go in their cooler. The bread was amazing. Huge.
