Mcdonald's - Elmwood Park

I have been a regular customer and had no problem, but when it comes to side hustle I’m a partime delivery driver and I got a delivery from their. I had a bad experience not being able to just pick up the delivery through the drive thru , for us delivery drivers it should be convenient and faster to get the order for the customer and be more efficient. But their was this rude kid ,dude that works their “thinks he is in charged “tough wanna be or thinks he is the manager who runs the place!!. Saying I wasn’t allowed to pick up the grub hub order via drive thru , and that I had to come inside to get it!! I have never had a problem in other McDonald’s picking up delivery orders! But this one, it saids clearly on the app that if prefer to stay inside the vehicle you can and are allowed to pick up via drive thru!!! You shouldn’t hired people who have nasty attitude and are unethical to be customer service representative!!

We were very suprised at the lack of speed the workers move. The lady before us in drive thru only had a small ice coffee and it took 2 minutes to get that to her. My sundae was suppose to be fudge and carmel. When he tried to hand it to us I told him no it was not correct. It was only fudge. He slowly went and put a dab of Carmel on top. Very ridiculous. Make it right!

The food wasn't the best and honestly it was awful. The service, on the other hand... well that sucks as well. The staff were cold and just plain rude to me. Same problems with drive thru. In fact, all three times I used the drive thru at this place, They got my order wrong and I got the opposite of what I had requested.

Was going to give 2 stars, no one said anything on the intercom, lights were on, other cars where in line, 1 even got good, but then I was greeted by the employee telling me it 's not her problem that they 're aren 't enough employees. I told her then at least turn off the lights or tell the people at the intercom. She said that 's really NOT MY PROBLEM !!!! And closed the window. I know better than to eat McDonald 's

Food is never fresh even when asked. Fries are always just warm un salted or if asked to drop fresh fries they drop old fries and over cook them. The workers are very rude.
