The service was fine as well, nothing extraordinary, but no real complaints there either. It’s on the pricier side, which might not make it my go-to spot for BBQ, but the quality was good enough to justify it for an occasional visit. Russell’s may not be the best BBQ joint in Chicago, but if you’re in the area and craving BBQ, it’s a solid choice.
Number one they don’t give a veterans discount and disrespect Military .. two they don’t respect seniors with no discount.. Food was really dry barbecue sauce was watered down and nasty . Won’t ever recommend them or go back ever.. they’re money is more important than respecting veterans and seniors Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I will never go there again . I spent 50.00 on 3 order of tips. Hardly any sauce. When they say 10 tips they mean it. The food was not good at all. Price per person: $50–100
Had the rib tips this time 'round and they are delicious! The pulled BBQ pork sandwich is good here too if you have a taste for BBQ and don 't want to over do it. The staff is friendly and considerate. Try the hot BBQ sauce if you want a little spice. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
