Glohealth - Elsternwick

This is primarily a grab-and-go smoothie bar, with limited vegan options available. There is a small selection of vegan food and cold products in the store, but not much else.

The cafe had a limited selection of vegan options. While the menu was primarily vegetarian, there was only one vegan main course and two vegan salads available when we visited.

Glo Health is an excellent establishment. They offer a wide variety of packaged foods and raw ingredients, along with a selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Their café menu is consistently impressive. There’s a chef who prepares beautiful and delicious vegetarian dishes right in front of you every day, which are displayed in a cabinet. You can choose to dine in or take your meal to go, and they also provide a range of refreshing juices. I really appreciate how fresh and appealing everything is. The staff here is friendly and attentive as well. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, plus a fridge stocked with tasty treats.

The restaurant has a limited selection of vegan options, such as cheeses, veggie burgers, tofu, chocolates, and various sweets. I’ve noticed that prices can vary quite a bit; some items are on the expensive side while others are more affordable, depending on what you choose.
