I came to this restaurant for dinner after a walk with friends for coffee and with my family. Both experiences were excellent. We loved the artistic presentation of our drinks. The elderly lady working there remembered most of our names. The staff always had a smile on their faces, even when they were busy. The meals were consistently delicious, but I always come prepared to eat well and probably indulge a bit too much in the tasty food.
I decided to try out this small cafe when I needed a coffee and it was the only one open on a public holiday. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, and both ladies welcomed me with friendliness. They were very courteous, attentive, and easy to talk to. I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich which was fresh, tasty, and quite large. Although it got a bit busy while I was there, it was clear that this family-run business was making an extra effort to welcome and serve every customer equally. I was impressed and will definitely be returning in the future. Well done!
Great place; great food; beautiful people who run it; the kindest greetings. Ellie's coffee art is amazing and the menu even has pictures of the food. The library is next door and the children's playground opposite good food, education and pleasure all in a...spot.
Our party consisted of three adults and two children. We all had something different to eat and all of us enjoyed our meals. My wife exclaimed that the BLT was the best she has ever eaten. I had a bacon and egg focaccia, very nice....Unlike a lot of places, our coffee was extra hot as we had requested. We are dog people so it was nice to see that dogs are welcome and have a water dish set aside for them. The staff were friendly and enjoyed a joke. We will be back, no doubt about it.
