Pizza Hut - Elwood

I wish I had taken a picture because the pizza looked more like a small one, even though I ordered a large. It was only 1 to 2 inches from the edge of the pan.

I had a disappointing experience today at Pizza Hut in Elwood, Indiana. I noticed a staff member using her fingernail to touch my food and even spat on it while I was eating. Although they offered me a refund and a replacement order, I declined. I won’t be returning.

The pizzas we received last time were about 80% crust, and the crust itself was quite dry. They didn't match the delicious Pizza Hut pizzas that we usually enjoy.

The pizza is always good. The order is consistently correct and out promptly.

Our order was incomplete and cold. Customer service would not help. We tried to contact them back and got the run around. You should be more professional. Please return my money
