The food was greasy, cold, and inedible. I would never return. We entered hoping it would be decent, but the mole was excessively salty and greasy, likely straight from a can or jar. The rice was also disappointing.

I've been coming here for years, and it's still the best Mexican food in Ely. However, the new salsa bowls are disappointing—they're so small that you can't even dip a chip properly. That said, the food is still great...

I ordered the super burrito with carne asada instead of ground beef, and it was amazing—just like what I used to have in California. It was incredibly good! I highly recommend it. As for kid-friendliness, they have a great salsa option for children.

La Fiesta is truly an excellent place to dine. It's easy to see why—finding parking can be quite a challenge due to its popularity. The food and service are outstanding. I almost hesitate to share this since I don't want La Fiesta to get even more crowded, but as a restaurant critic, I can confidently say this establishment deserves top marks.
