Contribuisci feedbackI highly recommend avoiding curbside pickup at this location. They tend to forget about half of your order, and the items they do remember are often made incorrectly. The staff, who are quite young, seem indifferent and lack a welcoming attitude; they barely acknowledge your presence when you enter. This is by far the worst Subway I have ever visited. Additionally, the ceiling vent is filthy and located directly above the open vegetable area, which means anyone dining in likely ends up consuming some dust as well. It's truly appalling.
Avoid ordering online!!! The staff tends to forget about your order very easily. It's a frustrating experience.
The slowest subway I've ever experienced. I've been here for 15 minutes and I’m still waiting for someone to take my order.
I walked into this store a couple of weeks ago and had a person making my sandwich amazing sandwich! Although the management is horrid. when I was sitting to eat my sandwich instead of them talking to the employee to help her out she was put down about why she didn’t know how to do something, instead of putting people that want a job down be happy you have them to work. There is always such a turnover and hires needed and I can see why instead of getting rid of a horrid manager they would rather lose a hundred employees. I most definitely will not return and I have told friends and family that casselman is not far and way better treated. I will never return to a place that allows this treatment from manager(Sara) in the workplace. Hopefully they will fix the problem.
There is a Reddit post saying managers at all Subways keep tips. How does tip distribution work at this location?
