Contribuisci feedbackDespite confirming my order with the staff and seeing it correct on the screen, they still managed to get it wrong. This experience was disappointing, especially considering I rarely visit this Tim Hortons and now I know why. It's surprising to see a lineup everyday given the poor execution of orders. As someone who has worked at Tim Hortons before, I know that these mistakes are easily avoidable. While the customer service was good, the overall execution was extremely flawed. I'm glad there is a McDonald's nearby as an alternative. *thumbs up*
The service is okay, but it's not always possible to be served in French. The drive-thru design is poorly executed, as the line often blocks traffic.

First , i ordered a regular pastry, and i got the jalapeño one, i did ordered breakfast wrap without hashbrown , i got it with hashbrownand no one wears the hair protection, so i got one in my food. i paid 33 dollars for nothing i through it in garbage. Definitely, they need a new manager to keep the place under control
