Contribuisci feedbackWe were disappointed and felt disappointed last night at CPK with the bad service. When we got into the door, the young man didn't recognize us. No smile. Didn't even look at us. No words. He put the menu on the table. Right with our waiter Monica. No reception on our table and no smile. She never checked us for the table after dinner. The setting of the servers was unfriendly. They didn't want to be there. It doesn't need much energy to smile or welcome a customer. It is amazing how bad attitudes and behaviors in a restaurant, thus creating a negative experience in the whole area. Actually, It was so bad, I thought the staff is prejudice against all Asian Americans too. There are no Asian Americans who we saw on the staff for a large institution. But the food came out in 15 minutes so that we are grateful. We will never return to a CPK again. The good memories of the past are gone.
Food was good; not great, but not terrible. Service stunk though. Our server hasn't even checked for us, hasn't brought an article that we asked and have not refilled our water. I stopped eating because I could eat more without water and we could flag them down to ask more. She recognized that she heard us, but never brought water. Because we had to be somewhere else and the time went, I left half of my meal and had to go to find her to get the bill. When I pointed out that we were never checked and our requests for more water were met?t so that I had left half of my meal, she scrubbed her shoulders and told me she was busy. I literally don't leave NIE a tip, but she didn't get one. Just read all reviews from this place and if this restaurant is all that it is, consistent in its slow, crispy service. Oops, should I read before I went there. I also really like how whoever answers in the name of CPK, really thanks to people for 3 star reviews like it a performance?.
I called them over an order on DoorDash and the person who replied that she didn't speak Spanish, and then I took the phone to see what?s up and left me for over 20 minutes. I had to call with another phone and guess what? There was a Spanish speaking person. I tried the hardest not to lose my temperaments, but they continued to procrastinate and lie. Robert was the manager and in the end he didn't help at all. Terrible service if you? After ordering
Sitting in the restaurant, write this review so I don't forget. What a disappointment and I didn't even have high expectations. We came here because the other pizza place nearby seems to shift or turn off, should have gone somewhere else. Price, this place is far too expensive for the amount and quality you get. Taste. The Spinat Artichoke-Dip was Bland. Not sure it should be a healthier version, but I had so much better. The Mexican Street Corn was fine, not sure how to cook corn, but they succeeded. I don't know what it was with Spicy Honey Bee Focaccia. On the one hand, it was not spicy, but when I was in everything I could say was no. I wanted to spit it out. The pizza wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best. If we're honest, it's very hard to scare pizza. The cherry on this experience was to get the bill and see the fish taco I did not eat and I did not press on the bill as always, we had to ask to take it off. The only good in this place was the butter cake with Häagen-Dazs ice (Häagen-Dazs does not miss). I'd just come here for the cake, but I'd make him do it. This cake is the reason why this place has a star (if you could give zero). I will not talk about the staff because we only treated one person and the other tables seemed satisfied with their waiters. So basically, if you want to eat, there are 100% better places you can go. If you want buttercake, that's it.
I arrived in the middle of the day with barely any customers there, yet somehow i stood at the doorway for 15 minutes before one of their workers even acknowledged me. Then, once i was seated, the workers proceeded to ignore me for another 20 MINUTES. WHICH I FIND RIDICULOUS. I am beyond upset, once the workers came they were rude and arrogant. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will NOT be coming back ever. I blame the managers because they were grossly understaffed. There was 1 waiter for the entire restaurant. Terrible experience.
