Touch of Soul E - Emeryville

OMG!!!! This was my first time here and the food was sooooo good. I had catfish, greens and yams. The greens have this spicy taste that is sooo good and the catfish was perfectly cooked!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves soul food or never had soul food and wants to try. The food is delicious and our waitress was great! If I made a suggestion, it would be to make the Yams sweeter. That's my opinion, I want my Yams to be a little sweeter. This place is sooooo good and I'm back! Oh, and the service was great.

Excellent Southern food that serves everything! I have to try the fried crab and lobster! The staff is even lovely and you don't have to wait long for your meal!

The food is excellent. It never fails. I enjoy the oxen, fried chicken, fish, yarns, rice engraving, yams, Mac cheese, green, maize bread and their kool-aid lol. Excellent soul food and staff are always friendly.

The food was delicious and plentiful all I had was on point!! the fish the candy yams the potato salad the dressing and engraving the maize bread muffins and the macaroni and cheese! Would you like me back from Stockton? Great customer service friendly and professional thanks for the wonderful food!!!

Very pleasant staff the food was good and hot. Didn't have to wait long for my food to arrive! I recommend everyone to try the macaroni and cheese!
