Contribuisci feedbackWe had a pampering menu at 4 days and it was very delicious every day. there was always an amuse gaule and at the payment of a small sweet delicious egg. the menu was from appetizer to dessert top class. both from quality and orientation. the trained employees, especially the chefin themselves, are very friendly and accommodating. if they have an additional request for a specific menu, the cook is personally hosted. we can only recommend the narrow.
If they are looking for first class kitchen, they should have a look at this place. packaged in the traditional atmosphere of the typical old Black Forest house, they convince themselves in a cozy place. the people are so natural and friendly, they will not find how this is. the recording of their teller will convince them that they have chosen the right place for their meal. what we have experienced was the highest quality with surprising flavor combinations of ingredients and plate components. perfectly combined and adapted. compliment! please take a look at this hidden champion. we were overcrowded.

For a few years my man and I (same sex marriages) have stopped here overnight on the way to south France. we enjoyed the simple rooms, weeping and eating something here, despite everything. all combined, with the nights, is a ground room with bathroom, breakfast, wine and several evening dinners, we would fall an excess of about 300-400 € for overnight. every year we arrived, it occurred to us that the staff treated us as if we were first guests in whom they never recognized us and re-explained the breakfast details every year. other hotels and restaurants we visited always recognized us (we are really hard to miss) and have written in loyalty their programs, special offers etc., okay, so to make a golden angel no marketing; Maybe they have enough couples that drop this kind of money for a night. our visit in autumn 2018 was our last. When we arrived, the Gentleman owner greeted us and now, apparently the cook, normally, as if it were our first visit. when we confirmed that we both wanted to stay in the double room that we had booked, he shouted out loudly in German (no one but ourselves.) two men in one room! from our own this was only bizarre, but we have been together for years in a double room. we asked if there was anything to do with it that he replied that he wanted to be safe. we assured him that we shared double rooms all over the world and that we even have double rooms that we share in our houses and it was never even problematic! we have dined in the evening and disappointed in the kitchen. the greeting came from the kitchen (actor) and it was unspectacular. some melted cheese with the caraway was served with brot and the totally beaten with the appetitzügler. I made the mistake of ordering raw thun (I should have trusted my instincts to order nothing sushi-like in the landlocked mountain area) the thunfish was gray and good, just a total error. my head of the Hecht-Perch was overridden and dry - just another mistake. We were in good hotel and ate in restaurant for 2 nights. eating is local, seasonal and tasty. if I have a problem, it's the big size of the parts. others could contradict each other. the service is good and friendly and we could. eat on the balcony as it was warm. the wee are local and good.
