Pizza Hut - Emmetsburg

Had a quick lunch today. Roy was welcoming, good customer service and pizza was good.

The service was very friendly and the food was excellent. Would especially recommend if you have children because children get their own personal pizza for free!!! Every day! Not only Tuesday, or say Sunday, but every day eat children for free!

We ordered our meal before we came in and the company gave us the wrong pizza that we asked for but they got us our breadsticks. When we ordered it ahead of time and they didn’t understand what we ordered we had to wait for another 10-15 for our food to show up. So the lack of communication needs to be corrected because we might not be wanting to eat here again due to the past few experiences we had here.

Update: Tried it again and got FIVE STAR pizza and customer service!!! Got exactly what we ordered and friendly delivery! Pizza Hut manager made it right and I say, “thank you very much!” This would be 5 star, but for the last pizza I ordered and had delivered. That was below average. I did not get what I ordered. I got a thin crust pizza with very little sauce and no extra cheese. I ordered the thick crust with extra cheese. It was very hard to eat and the large was not enough for 3 people. We usually have 2 slices left with the thick crust and it's soft and easy to chew, not hard and tough as shoe leather.

Food came to our table promptly. Was hot and all necessary items needed for eating were provided. Well made nothing cold or burnt. Loves it. We ordered bread sticks, pizza, and a brownie. All good.
