Chateau Bistro Steakhouse Lounge

I ordered the Bruschetta, but they informed me they were out of basil. Next, I tried to order Shrimp Scampi, but they told me they had no shrimp available. I then asked for a Gin and Tonic, only to find out they didn't have their liquor license. I finally ordered two steaks, which took an hour and a half to arrive, despite the restaurant being empty. The only highlight of the meal was the delicious steak. Overall, a one-star review seems fair.

Took 3 hours to eat because we were told they are over booked. Yes we had a reservation. Served frozen raw broccoli. After an hour and a half after we ordered they tell us they are out of the steaks we ordered so 2 of us had to change our order. Wefinally get our food after the chef came to our table 4 or 5 times. Dont try to order a steak like you like it because she willcome and lecture you on it. My steak was over cooked even after her lecture to my family on how they wanted their steak cooked. Just not worth the money we were charged and not a good experience all around.

This is directed to the party of six that was disappointed in the service and meal at Chateau Bistro. I have followed Chef Elle for years and eaten at all of her locations, and was NEVER disappointed in the quality of her food. She NEVER uses iceberglettuce, does NOT use corn meal in her crab cakes and uses only the best quality ingredients in all of her entrees and desserts.I have NEVER had a bad meal. I can only come to the conclusion by your comments that you have never eaten at a qualityrestaurant. I HIGHLY recommend eating at Chateau Bistro to come to your own conclusion. It seems that overall this restauranthas a 5 star rating if you check the other reviews. I wish the disgruntled 6 a pleasant day.

For the main course, we ordered filet mignons. Mine was fine, but my husband's was tough and chewy, even though it was cooked medium rare. I can’t blame the staff for the issues, but given the reputation of the chef, I must admit that something felt off that night. We had such high hopes based on all the positive reviews we've read, but I regret to say that we won’t be returning. While Emory doesn't have many great dining options, we do enjoy Seth's, 4 Winds, and filets from J&J.

Chef Elle is truly remarkable. Not only does she brighten the room with her warm smile and friendly demeanor, but she also sincerely cares about each guest and takes great pride in the incredible dishes she creates. It's not often that you encounter an owner and chef who personally greets her patrons. If you have a refined palate like I do, I highly recommend Chateau Bistro Steakhouse. It's a cozy, hidden treasure where you won't be disappointed. Chef Elle, please keep up the fantastic work. Your talent is a blessing. Thank you for a wonderful and beautiful dining experience—I will definitely be back!
