Marshall's Barbecue Pit - Emory

I've had better, ribs where to dry, sausage over grilled, beans way to much BBQ sauce and Mac and cheese well that's another story, Brisket was very GOOD!!

The BBQ is always great, but I have to brag on their French fries. They are fantastic. The best I have ever eaten by far.

I have never been inside but I'm sure it's great. I always order thru drive thru. Have never been disappointed with the BBQ! It's absolutely wonderful. It's delicious and I love the fact that they do not add sauce to your sandwich. They let you do that! Their fries are freshly made as well! You cannot go wrong with Marshall's. Well worth the price! The best BBQ place in town!

If you want to find out why people talk so highly about Texas BBQ, go to Marshall's.Tea was fresh. Mac and Cheese was delicious. The Brisket had a beautiful smoke ring, the texture was perfect, and the flavor of the natural smoke in the meat was right on point.The BBQ sauce was an excellent compliment to the brisket. The spicy was a bit too hot for me but when I mixed it half and half with the regular sauce, it was perfect.About the sauce, some places in Texas add liquid smoke to their sauce. I've never understood why they do this. To me, this destroys what could have been good BBQ. They DO NOT use liquid smoke at Marshall's.They let the natural smoke in the meat do that job.Highly recommended!Wheelchair accessibility: Probably not the most wheel chair friendly design but definitely accessible.

As always fantastic! My friend from Wisconsin got to eat some of the favs and we even sealed wrapped some to travel with her back to Wisconsin on the plane! Thank you Aaron and Sarah for great food and atmosphere
