Fergs Oysters - EMPIRE BAY

The oysters at this restaurant are the best on the coast. They are always fresh from the river and come in good sizes. It is highly recommended to place orders in advance to ensure you won't be disappointed.

We have been enjoying Ferg's Oysters for over two decades and have never found a better oyster anywhere else. We highly recommend the Sydney Rocks from Brisbane Water. Also, be sure to ask Ferg about his impressive collection of vintage cars. Make sure to call ahead to place your order as he only opens upon request.
