Cowboy Cafe - Emporia

I was lucky to be in town on the day they?re open. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of meat, biscuits and gravy, and delicious cinnamon rolls. Waitress was a charm and kept me supplied with hot coffee all morning. Grateful for the hometown cafeon a morning when I just needed to put my head down and get some work done! Keep up the good work y?all!

I don't care what Martha Stewart's doing for Thanksgiving this year...Doesn't get anymore traditional than this.

Wow! The biscuits were enormous and incredibly fluffy, and the gravy tasted homemade instead of from a can. It felt like the closest thing to a home-cooked breakfast without having to wake up to your mom calling you to the table. Plus, the buffet was a great value!

The food was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend it—definitely worth your money! 10/10!

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy, and it was clear that the meat hadn't been tenderized properly. It was incredibly tough—much like the Cowboys who likely dine here.
