The restaurant manager reached out and went above and beyond to rectify the situation, which I truly appreciate. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. I ordered a simple sandwich through DoorDash, which included meatballs, some veggies, sauces, and a couple of drinks. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the bottled drinks available—things happen, so I was okay with that. However, the sandwich I received was the worst I’ve ever tasted. It was essentially just burnt meatballs on bread with no sauce, and the extra meatballs I ordered were also burnt and dry, served in a separate container. Given the prices they charge, it’s unacceptable to send out such a disappointing order. We won’t be returning.
Food is grand, they customize as you wish but they sure going to lose loads of business cause we get tired of getting the fax/answering machine and not a human. The online thingy is not worth it either.
I just got back from out of town and am in the midst of a military move. Since there are no Goodcents locations in Virginia or Texas, I decided to stop by for the second day in a row. It's my favorite spot for a delicious sub! The staff who assisted me were the same as yesterday and provided excellent service—very polite and efficient! Thank you for making my visit wonderful and for serving such tasty food!
Ordered a pasta it was ice cold. They didn't even have to be prepared because they meal prep them. Pretty sad service to be honest, probably the last time i waste my money there
