Sandwich was good, got salt vinegar chips instead of jalapeño tho

WAY too much sauce. very very messy sandwiches, but ive never had this issue before.

They did the whole Eat Fresh Refresh, but I stayed with the classic BMT. Good stuff.

Training new employees this week. Very careful. When they made chopped salad foot for me. The salads are big. Just like the sandwiches 2 meals. Yes, they have an online pickup area next to the register when you go online directly to get your meal pick your drinks in the register. Others did not have to wait for my order because new employees are not faster, but they will come there. Nice to see new employees.

So... they forgot to put a cookie in my order. No big deal, so I'll go back and ask for it. I didn't expect anything, but they asked me if I wanted something for my problems. I broke up with two cookies! I really think they offered something for the inconvenience. Great customer service on her part.
