I don't think it's good that you have to place your order to the cashier and take the drinks yourself. If you are too many, it becomes a bit problematic, then you can go back and forth several times. Also missing table numbers. How meaningful this would be, it becomes clear when you see how the service personnel struggle with the order from the kitchen from table to table. If the shop is very full and you have a table in the rear corner, you will probably get cold food served. The reasonable prices are in any case an argument to return. And the concept seems to work.
