A local favorite with good food and atmosphere this place is fine to take the kids to and also a large group of people the staff are helpful and the beer

I have always enjoyed the food. The only disappointment is when you arrive at lunch time on a Sunday and all the tables are reserved or taken. We took our children for the Sunday funday with intention of having lunch and a few wines. We arrived about 11:45am and we stood around for almost hour while tables with"reserved" on them remained empty. We did attempt to go inside but it too was full With nowhere to sit and have lunch. We left without buying anything.

Once you walk inside it's a transformation. Beautifully updated and comfortable, with a simple and straightforward menu that should cater for everyone's taste. Great bar - with skilled & chatty bar tenders, all reasonably priced and worthwhile. We were a party of 12, and we certainly gave the kitchen a huge mixed order. Food was delivered promptly, and was very satisfying. Avoid the back bar, karaoke stage etc, it can be noisy on a busy night.

O'Donohue's never seems to disappoint. Meal quantities are really large and quality is awesome. They have good nightly specials lots of good bands. Just an all round good pub.

We were with a large group with plenty of children and they had the best time. There is an animal petting area with a lamb, baby pig, baby goat, ducks, chickens and a baby Llama. Then there was free face painting a jumping castle and some play equipment. What a great place to take the children for lunch on a Sunday.
