I'm hooked! A hidden gem on 101 in Encinitas. Where have I been? First visit yesterday...my breakfast was to die for. I'll will definitely be back in the near future.

Incredible restaurant ran by amazing people who care more about the health and the quality of food than anything. Blown away by the attention to detail, variety of choices, and that everything on the menu is the healthiest version of that type of food or drink. Bravo!

Amazing menu, amazing food, amazing staff! I returned the next day for lunch!! How have I not tried this gem of a restaurant before? What a wonderful oasis for gluten-free, paleo enthusiasts like myself! Thank you for recognizing our needs for gut-friendly food that's TASTY! ALOHA

Da bomb all is great but my fave is the protein matcha latte with their in house made coconut milk (and ps) one of the owners, Kris, was in the Hall of Fame!! And her beloved Bren is amazing! I can always taste the energy of the owners and these two have poured their hearts into the place #highvibes #love #gothere

I enjoyed my avocado toast. I don't live in the area and it was recommended by my dentist, Dr. Christina Thompson. I also had the golden milk. My server was engaging, sweet and very personable. My body aches and inflammation was much better. I will be back soon for another breakfast.
