I visited this place while I had family visiting and was pleased with how simple and how many different options there are! It gives a lot of customization to your dessert experience with unique flavors that are not overbearing. I have a simpler palate so I went with two similar cookies and vanilla ice cream to make my own ice cream sandwich. It is a smaller location so there is not a lot of seating to relax and enjoy, but with this being in downtown Encinitas you can easily walk to your next destination and enjoy your dessert! The staff were very helpful in explaining how this works and makes it an enjoyable experience for a first date, family functions, and even on your own.

Its been years that I have been here but I still remember everything about this place! The ice creams are 10000% delicious, especially the cookie monster! Service was excellent! Ambiance was perfect.

Placed an online order for a family member. Called many times throughout the day with a question about the order and they never answered the phone. They then canceled the order half an hour before it was supposed to be delivered.

Get that Nutella cookie. It is fantastic. We shared a cookie of the month (it was minty, so good! Nutella cookie sandwich with dark chocolate ice cream and it was delicious and huge!
