Had a fantastic experience at Benihana! The chefs not only cook your food to perfection, but they also put on a great show that's engaging and entertaining. The flavors were spot on and the portion sizes were more than generous. Loved the lively atmosphere and the cocktails complemented the meal perfectly. Will definitely be back for more celebrations.

I celebrated my birthday dinner at this restaurant. Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait until everyone in our party arrived to be seated. It was quite crowded on a Saturday evening. The bill came out to about $100 for two people without any alcoholic drinks. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The entertainment was decent, though nothing particularly special. The kids really enjoyed it. On your birthday, they give you a complimentary ice cream dessert and take a picture of you.

It's the same thing over and over. No communication between their staff to make customer experience better. I told the front it was a surprise cake for my son birthday. Then, the waiter comes to ask out loud if I had to brought a cake. Their customer service really bad. Then they have you share the table with others without notice. It was just a mess and really nothing new anymore

The service and food were beyond exceptional this time. Very impressed. The Chef, Justin, was entertaining and engaged with everyone. He cooked the food to perfection and also happily accommodated special requests!!! The waitress Kelly or Katie was awesome. Very kind, personable and attentive. Both of them changed our perspective on the bad service they had turned to the last couple of years. We will be back!

I visited the restaurant for an early Father's Day dinner on a Saturday at around 7:30 PM. Parking was available through valet for $6.50, but free street parking was an option. Our party had 6 people, including 2 children. The environment was busy and loud, so reservations are recommended. Not many TVs were present, but the bathroom was clean. The service was great, with a fun cooking show from the chef involving a pumping heart with the fried rice and a choo choo train with the onions. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the deluxe treat, which included filet and lobster tail with fried rice (extra egg), along with a Benihana punch. The steak was cooked medium and the fried rice was delicious. There was enough food for leftovers the next day, including the tasty miso soup. The total cost was $540 with tip.
