Ihop - Encino

Good waiter and very attentive. Food is just ok and hash browns greasy. Whatever oil used to fry hash browns was not real tasty. Very overpriced.

The location is cramped to say the least. Almost no space to move around and everyone feels so close together. The staff seemed a bit bothered to be dealing with customers to the point where I felt guilty for eating there. The worst aspect of theexperience however, was the food. I ordered chicken and waffles and have NEVER seen such a sorry excuse for chicken in mylife. Will never come here again.

We left! Waited 30 minutes for a 10-20 minute waitlist for table as not a single employee tended to us and gave no apologies for wait. 2 servers can't run the floor of a usy diner!

I literally just went to this IHOP, at 5:30 in the morning, and I was refused service because all employees in the restaurant were on break. They said I should wait 30 minutes, even though the restaurant says it?s open for 24 hours. I had a 30 minutedrive from the airport, was looking forward to eating, I was stressed out, and was misled by the false advertisement of a placethat says that it?s open for 24 hours. If there?s a moment that service is not provided, customer should be aware of it to notwaste your time, and gas for the drive.

Lily this one is for YOU! IHOP was super busy on a Sunday but man they worth the wait. It was a special occasion and Lily superseded customer service. I added the picture to show! Even though it was busy EVERYTHING was piping hot and on point. Thecooks were so busy BUT I didn?t see any surrounding customers upset because everything was fantastically prepared! This locationis smaller but their team was great. Lily you made my day sweetheart with your kindness and smile. Bravo Encino IHOP for havinggreat team members all the way around.
