Poke - Encino

When you start to feel tired of poke, this restaurant always manages to draw you back in!

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but when I ordered delivery, I specifically requested soy sauce because I anticipated they would be stingy with their sauces. Unfortunately, my request was not fulfilled, so I ended up with bland, unappetizing food.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the fresh fish. The atmosphere is decent, but the inside is rather small. However, I was disappointed to see that the woman serving me used the same glove to mix my bowl as she did with the person's bowl before me. That person had extra jalapeños in their bowl, which ended up making my bowl taste like jalapeños and be very spicy. This was a problem for me as I have Gerd and can't handle spicy food. It wasn't a good night for me after that, and I hope that this doesn't happen often.

Saw this poke spot on my way home definitely will be back. Super nice staff and extra clean restaurant. The food/fish extremely fresh and the price point was perfect. Absolutely recommend to all my fellow poke bowl lovers :
