Shake Shack - Encino

I tried this place as a yelper wrote just as good as in

I love shake and my mother too! we ran a few orders and I thought I would treat my mother to the shroomin burger, which is her favorite. never before been at this place and it feels a little tricky for the first time, as it is part of a center that can lead them underground for parking. (depending on which tram you choose) we have found out where we can park and drive past lunch! during this trip I taught my mother how to use the touch pad kiosk, and she did great! I wanted to test them as she is a 87-year-old woman who received an ipad to visit kirchengebets every day over zoom because of the pandemic. she learned how to navigate for the church and I thought she could make it a lunch myself! I don't have to talk about how great it is to eat. go easy and try it yourself! park: private plot for the center verdict: rinse and repeat

We visited yesterday for the first time and we will be back. The burger, fries, and shake were very good. What has us hooked was the customer service. Denise took our order which included my allergy concerns. Her and other servers went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I didn't have an allergic reaction to any item we ordered. Manager, you should be proud! That was customer care I haven't seen in California. Bonus was the good food. Thank you!

So excited they finally opened a shake shack in my neighborhood. This location is so convenient. Located right on Ventura (next to Target). They have a huge parking lot in the back with ample free parking. I read some of the other Yelp reviews and was quite surprised by some of the negative comments. I have to say, my experience here was excellent. Everyone was super nice. I was greeted immediately and placed my order for a shack burger. I forgot how delicious their burgers taste. Absolutely one of my favorite burger joints. Everything taste so fresh and I love the way they cook and prepare the meat. Always perfectly seasoned and cooked at just the right temperature with the perfect amount of cheese. Will definitely be back

Wow , food was putrid service was amazing Normally the other way around but yea Never again
