The carpet was worn and dirty, the men's restroom was unclean with graffiti and cardboard on the floor near the urinals. The Teriyaki chicken I had was just okay, and I didn't try the grill side so I can't comment on that. Overall, I don't think I will be coming back and I wouldn't recommend it.
"The ribeye steak looked overcooked and tasted like a New York strip. Everyone requested theirs to be cooked medium, but the meat was cut so slowly that the fish and ribeye were all well done by the time they were served. One diner even vowed to never return. At $40 a plate, customers would expect high quality meat and service, which unfortunately was not the case at this restaurant. Additionally, you have to have your entire party present before being seated, resulting in a long wait."
The food is amazing here and the service is some of the best. I strongly recommend trying this place out when you have a chance. And it's a great place to take the family too.

I attempted to pickup lunch from this restaurant today. I called and ordered off of the “Teppanyaki Lunch” menu on THEIR website. I placed my order, told the gentleman I wanted the LUNCH Chicken Hibachi entree and there was no problem. I showed up and the girls at the counter tried to charge me full price for a dinner entree, which is double the lunch entree. She told me they don’t do lunch, that I was mistaken, I showed her their website and she didn’t know what to say. I asked if she wanted to check with someone and she told me no, they’ll say the same. I told her the food was going to go to waste, no change, so I walked out. Beware if you want a nice takeout place for lunch, this isn’t it!
