Beautiful place to go and have a good meal. they welcomed us very well. great service very courteous and friendly staff. eating was really nice and came out very hot.

Roxanne the manager was friendly and explained the process to us thoroughly. They serve the salad to you and it is fantastic. Fresh, well presented and the chef was happy to fill my bowl exactly how I wanted. Tasty food good options on draught. Clean tables with enough space to enjoy your meal privately as a family whilst still experiencing the atmosphere of a busy restaurant. Rotisserie chicken and ribs are spot on. All in all a very impressive visit to Shirley Harvester

Had a lovely experience, the food came out piping hot. There were 17 of us, all the food came out the same time which was great. The salad bar was fresh. The waitress Vicky was exceptional, very polite. She also kept coming over to see if we were ok and if we required anything else. Top service had a lovely birthday there. Would definitely go again thank you.

Fantastic service from Sarah, very happy to glass bottled Coke was available, and the unlimited salad as lovely as always. I tried The Purist vegan burger I can 't digest beef and seem to live in chicken and fish! This was easily the best non-beef burger I have ever tried, succulent and cooked perfectly. The vegan cheese substitute in it was good too, making most vegan cheese look awful in comparison. The chips were great as always and the vegan burger sauce was good enough to dunk the chips in! Skipped the starter and pudding on this occasion. Couple of things not offered I would like to see in future: lactose free milk, and lactose free cheese I have the lactose free mature Cathedral city cheddar at home . Tea and cheese with crackers would have been a perfect end to this meal, but very satisfied with the meal as was. Thank you to all the staff on duty for a very good experience.

We attended the brunch with Santa, and it was a fantastic experience. There was no pressure to see Santa at any specific time. Roxanne and her team kindly asked if we wanted to eat first or meet Santa, and we decided to eat first to keep the kids calm. The food was excellent, and the waitstaff was very attentive without being overbearing, making sure to be especially good with the children. While Santa may not have been the typical Hollywood version, he interacted wonderfully with the kids, who absolutely adored him. Roxanne and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We'll definitely be returning!
