I don't know if the sun or heat hit hard on the staff tonight, but when you order on the spot, waiting 30 minutes at the counter while there's no one, you dictate your order as clearly as possible. You're coming home and not your order, you go back and we don't want to pay you back? I just think it's embarrassing!
