Can never get orders really big language barrier!!! Ordered pork roll and cheese with NO EGG I received pork roll and egg no cheese. I even confirmed twice with the guy that it was NO EGG I was sorry to say, but if she speaks English it wouldn't be this problem
Unfortunately, this place has left me time and again. I don't know why I've changed it over and over again if I'm consistent. The bagels are not good, always small and portions egg or whatever you order is ridiculously small for the price. Recently came to use a birthday coupon that they emailed me, where you will receive a free bagel with the purchase of a drink. Not only did they laugh in my face when I showed them, they said that do not accept the voucher and refused to serve me. What is the point of sending the birthday contract? Wrong advertising!
Your guys should be more careful when you pack Uber Eats orders. I didn't get everything I ordered and his answer was? Can you pick it up? What is the point of using uber eats?
I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance! I just came in for a sandwich that is being promoted on their window and they don't even have the bagel the sandwich comes with! Then I asked for a bacon cheesy roll, they said they don't have it either (with an attitude) and finally I said just give me a bacon, egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel. Before I left, something told me to check my order. They put some white cheese on my sandwich without even telling me because they didn't have yellow American. If you are out of cheese, communicate with your costumer before even trying to put anything on their sandwich. What a disgrace! Then when I asked for a refund, I got more attitude and had to wait for my money. The guy in the front who I believe is the manager provides horrible costumer service. What a shame! He didn't even put the money in my hands, he just put it on the counter like the animal he is. So sad, never returning again. PS: You should train your whole staff so they can provide the costumer service we deserve. When I said I wanted a refund, the right thing to say is ?how can we fix the issue? not give me a silence treatment.
