Contribuisci feedbackSome people might want to complain about the slow service at this restaurant, but they don't realize the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. Those who complain about slow service should try working here for a week, and see if they still feel the same way afterwards. This restaurant, like many others, operates with only 2 in-shop employees, one manager, and usually only 3 drivers on most days. They do their best with the limited staff they have. They are dedicated to their work and truly want to provide the best service possible. Please cut them some slack. So what if your sandwich takes a little longer than usual, things haven't been the same since COVID-19. Give them a break and have some patience. They are doing their best with the resources they have. This location goes above and beyond for their customers. Just be patient and understand the challenges they face with short-staffing.
Sandwiches are still very good, but their service is definitiw not fast. it's silly. before I moved to this place, I could order from jjj and have my food in 10 15 minutes. here; at least 45 minutes.
I don't understand why this restaurant keeps its doors open when it's only open for 5 hours out of the entire day. Hospital staff and those working late shifts can't rely on them being open at 3:30 in the morning.
I always order from this restaurant location and consistently receive excellent customer service and prompt delivery. However, during my most recent order, there was a delay in receiving my delivery. After waiting for over an hour, I called the restaurant and was informed that they were short-staffed due to personal issues, resulting in only one delivery driver available. The person on the phone was polite and apologetic, offering me the option to wait or cancel my order. I chose to wait and was given an estimated time of 20-30 minutes for the delivery to arrive. The delivery driver eventually arrived within the estimated time frame, despite the longer wait than usual. I appreciated the effort made by the staff to deliver my order promptly, considering the challenging circumstances many businesses are facing. Overall, I understand the frustration of longer wait times for delivery, but I commend the restaurant for their courteous customer service and dedication to fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
So SLOW you'll AGE. I had 3 deliveries within 1/2 mile of this one and all were over 45 minutes, figured maybe a hiring issue, not the restaurants fault... tried an online order for pick-up, took 30 min, tried ordering in person, waited over 10 minutes for them to crank out a sandwich. This location is slow and does not live up to the standards that almost all JJ's do, they are almost universally fast, only location I've ever experienced this.
