Landy's - Englewood

We give Landy's a perfect 5-star rating for our first visit! The service, food, and music were all outstanding. We had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday with friends, despite the rainy weather. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I've visited several times since the new owners took over, and each experience has been fantastic. Their seafood is among the best I've encountered in the area, and they offer a wider selection than many other places. The pasta portions are always generous, which my wife appreciates since she can take leftovers home. This restaurant easily ranks among my top three favorites! While it's a bit pricier than a chain restaurant, the quality of the food is far superior. I highly recommend it!

We were seated promptly, and our server was polite, friendly, and efficient. The prime rib was quite good, and the sides—string beans and a loaded potato—were also enjoyable. My girlfriend had the fried shrimp, which she really loved. The limoncello cake was excellent!

Here on vacation and being from Missouri I wanted to eat seafood on the coast. This was one of the first places I saw and was always busy. I splurged and got the Cajun Steampot because it featured several types of seafood. The scallops were tasty, the crab sweet, and plenty of mussels and clams (I preferred the clams over the mussels) to snack on. It was way more than I typically pay for a meal at $35, but I'm on vacation and rarely eat seafood. My wife got the chicken cordon Bleu sandwich off the lunch menu for $15. The breast was larger than the big croissant roll it was on, and covered in cheese. So delicious. They have a kids menu! My daughter got spaghetti and meatball. It was a big bowl featuring one giant meatball in the middle. Well worth the $8. All kids options are $8. Oh and we had the onion ring tower as appetizer. At $10 for 6 rings it is a little pricey, but they are giant rings, hand battered to order. They fry up with a large crunch. Dip in thy Cajun mayo and they are fantastic.

I went to Landy’s for the first time with my family. My family raves about the place so I’m happy I finally got to check it out on my vacation to Florida. The service was absolutely flawless! Kacy was our server and she set the standards very high! She’s an absolute gem! Her customer service was fantastic and her attention to detail was amazing. We were celebrating my moms birthday, I didn’t mention it in the reservation. She heard me wish my mom a happy birthday. She brought out a delicious brownie for her and had a lovely gentleman come out with a guitar and harmonica to sing. That was an amazing surprise because it was not expected. To say my experience was top notch is an understatement. The food was amazing! But the service blew me away. On my next trip down from Connecticut I will most definitely be returning and hope we’re lucky enough to have Kacy as a server again!
