Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken - Englewood

Ordered through door dash. Took 2 hours to even get the food. When it did arrive, every single thing I ordered was missing something. I called the store directly, and the manager who was working at 6:32 pm on January 15, 2022 told me ain't nuttin I can do about it. You have to contact door dash And THEN HUNG UP ON ME. It took everything in me not to go up to the store. But I instead let cooler heads prevail, contacted door dash, and got a full refund. I can't say I will not eat Lee's again, but it will be in person. So if they want to be disrespectful, at least they'll have to do it to my face.I see that the owner is reading and responding to these comments. I wont tell you how to run your business, but as a business owner myself, I'd send that manager packing and not even hold the door for her on her way out

Love the new potato bowl. First time I have experienced using the new A.I. to order through the drive thru, which actually works pretty good.

Uber Eats did not resolve the issue, but they did refund the cost of my order. Chuck from the main company responded to my feedback in a professional and friendly manner. He assured me that he would address the staff's handling of complaints and even offered to replace the meals. His communication was consistently positive and I believe that with his guidance, the restaurant can recover from this incident.

In the past two to four weeks, the service at this restaurant has declined. The buns are old and hard, with too much broth. The broth would be better if it wasn't fried so hard. The sides are lukewarm and seem old. I would rather drive the extra mile to Englewood for better buns. If I wanted hard buns and half-warmed sides, I would just go to Lee's in Trotwood.

I usually have no problems, but tonight I went to dinner for the children and I. I order a 5-piece chicken stripe flour with mac and cheese and cole claw. I've been looking for home to see green beans, and the mac and beeping as if it was sitting there a dae, but the huh was good anyway. this was Saturday at 7:30 possibly a bit ahead
