Magnolias On The Bay - Englewood

I had a fantastic dining experience at Magnolias. The restaurant has a casual upscale vibe with a carefully selected menu. The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. The prices of the dishes were justified by the high quality and beautiful presentation. It's a perfect spot for group gatherings, and the view of the intercoastal is breathtaking. Magnolias is truly a hidden gem in Florida.

We are so glad we discovered this restaurant! We popped in for a drink and a small bite to eat. Since it was raining, we decided to sit at the bar. Brian provided excellent service and suggested some sushi rolls that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also indulged in the coconut cake, which was delicious. The restaurant is in a lovely location and we are looking forward to returning for dinner.

This restaurant is fantastic! The outdoor seating offers a stunning view of the water and the food is exceptional. I ordered the pork chop and my wife had the salmon, both were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We also enjoyed some sushi that was flawless. To finish off our meal, we had the coconut cake, which was absolutely delightful. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

We went for a Saturday evening dinner. I had scallops which were great over a bacony grits thing that was also delicious. My wife and i shared a salad to start. Food and service were great.My only complaint and this is a personal preference it was pricier than i prefer. I might go here on a special occasion, but it's out of my budget for regular dining.

Wonderful spot for dinner if you are in the area. We started with the shishito peppers and tenderloin skewer appetizer. Everyone at the table raved about them. We then enjoyed several rolls including the Mermaid, Manasota, Red Dragon, Spicy Tuna, Snake River and Angry Dragon rolls. All the rolls we tried were outstanding. Entrees also included the blackened grouper and prime filet mignon. The grouper was tender, light and flaky and was truly a delight. Filet was as it should cooked to perfection and tender. All in all a wonderful experience. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.
